Description

Fusion’s Branch Saddles with Under Clamp are polyethylene fittings designed for creating efficient and reliable branch connections in pipe networks, offering a solution for bypass, purging, and off-takes on larger diameter pipe. Manufactured from high-quality virgin PE100 black polyethylene, these saddles offer superior durability and performance across various applications, including water and gas distribution systems.

Manufactured to withstand pressures of PN16 for water and 10 bar for gas applications, these branch saddles ensure robust performance in demanding environments. They operate effectively within a temperature range of -10°C to +40°C, which also applies to the welding process when using Fusamatic electrofusion systems.

Featuring a Rising Pin Indicator that allows for easy monitoring of the fusion process. The sacrificial toggle-clamp underpart snaps quickly into place, saving installation time and eliminating the need for specialized tooling. This design also provides visual confirmation of proper clamping during the fusion cycle.

Advantages

  • Reliable with high production quality
  • Permanent batch number for clear quality control
  • Fusamatic Branch Saddles offer a solution for bypass, purging and off-takes on larger diameter pipe mains.
