Description

Fusion's Electrofusion 22° Elbows offer a high-quality, reliable solution for creating angled connections in fully welded pipe networks. Manufactured from virgin PE100 black polyethylene, these elbows feature a Fusamatic 4.00mm pin system for automatic welding parameter selection, ensuring precise and consistent installations. Rated for both water (PN16) and gas (10 bar) applications, they operate effectively within a temperature range of -10°C to +40°C.

Available in both 90mm and 180mm, these elbows are designed for various piping applications, including water, gas, wastewater, irrigation, and mining. Each fitting has a permanent batch number for clear quality control and ISO-compliant barcodes for welding (ISO 13950) and traceability (ISO 12176-4).

These fittings comply with multiple international standards, including EN ISO 15494, EN 12201-3, EN 1555-3, ISO 4437-3, and ISO 4427-3, ensuring their suitability for a wide range of applications and regulatory environments.
