Description
Fusion's Certus PE Spigot Ball Valve range offers a high-quality solution for polyethylene piping systems. Manufactured from virgin PE100 polyethylene, these valves can be welded onto all PE100 and PE80 pipes, becoming an integral part of a fully welded, leak-free system. The valves feature a minimum full-bore design across all sizes, ensuring limited pressure drop and enhanced flow.
The Certus range offers several key advantages, including low torque operation due to its specialised seat, ball, and grease combination, which prevents sticking over time. The valves accommodate easy mounting of all standardised spindles thanks to internal and external drive options and incorporate over-torque protection. A replaceable top cap can be serviced under live conditions, adding to the valve's versatility. With quarter-turn operation and a maintenance-free design, these valves offer both convenience and longevity.
Rated for water (PN16) and gas (10 bar) applications, the Certus valves operate within a temperature range of -10°C to +40°C. Available in sizes 63mm, 90mm, 125mm, and 180mm, they accommodate a variety of project requirements. The range complies with multiple international standards, including GIS/V7 Part 2, EN 1555-4, EN 12201-4, and ISO 4437-4, ensuring their suitability for diverse applications and regulatory environments.
